Data collected
The “Contact” and “Quote request” forms only collect the information you enter:
- name, company, email address, phone number and country;
- the content of your message and, for a quote, the selected products and their quantities;
- the page from which the request was sent.
The product selection is kept in your browser (local storage) until the request is sent.
Purpose
This information is used solely to answer your request and to handle the related commercial follow-up.
Access and retention
Requests are saved in the site's management space, which only authorized staff of Africa Mining Agency can access. They are kept for as long as needed to process the request and for the resulting business relationship.
Your rights
In accordance with Malian Law No. 2013-015 of May 21, 2013 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data: write to us at info@aamining.net.
Click measurement
To improve the site, we count clicks on links and buttons (for example “Request a quote” or “Download the catalog”): page visited, element clicked and date. This measurement is anonymous: no cookie, no visitor identifier and no IP address is stored. It is disabled if your browser asks not to be tracked (“Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”).
